R.E.M. split up! - EDIT: REM release 3 brand new songs!!

R.E.M. have split up after 31 years together. 

they were one of the most successful indie bands

and its a pity but im glad that i saw them two years

ago at frequency festival.

last week i told you that REM split up - thats true -

but now i have some good news. they are set to 

release three brand new songs on their first 

greatest hits album which is out on november 14 (UK).

the three new songs "we all go back to where we belong", 

"a month of saturdays" and "hallelujah" are 3 songs of the 

40 song collection called "REM, part lies, part heart,

part truth, part garbage, 1982-2011"
